1. Account & Credit Purchases

• You must create an account to purchase and use credits for AI image generation.
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

2. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You retain full responsibility for the prompts you submit and the images generated. You strictly agree not to use our service to generate:

• Sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW content.
• Illegal, hateful, harassing, or defamatory content.
• Deepfakes or unauthorized depictions of real people without consent.
• Content that infringes third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without a refund if you violate these rules.

3. Intellectual Property

You own the images you generate using your paid credits, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable copyright laws.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your prompts and images solely to provide and improve the service.

4. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns regarding payments.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Our AI generation service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service or generated content.
